Fiji secured their second win of the tournament with a hard-fought 4-1 victory over Tuvalu. Fiji established a commanding lead in the first half with goals from Bruce Hughes, Merril Nand and Filipe Baravilala. Ramzan Khan extended Fiji's lead early in the second half. Despite Tuvalu's spirited effort and a late goal from Aloesi Nukualofa, Fiji's defence held strong against their opponents' persistent counterattacks ensuring they claimed all three points and stayed on course in the competition.
