AS PTT clawed back from a goal down to secure a draw with Southern Legions FC. Southern Legions stunned AS PTT with a first-half strike from captain Keshly Joseph, who earlier missed two gilt-edged chances and later rattled the crossbar as his side threatened to take full control. AS PTT, staring at what would have been their first ever group-stage defeat, finally broke through when Robert Forest glanced in a deflection from Darrell Gnahou’s long-range hit before star man Christ Pei put them briefly ahead with a shot that took a touch off goalkeeper Emmanuel Iopa. But Southern Legions refused to fold with Kemly Lehi hammering in a superb equaliser to set up a frantic finish in which Pei came agonisingly close to snatching the winner.
