Description

South Melbourne capped off an unbeaten Leaders Group campaign with a victory over Bula FC despite making six changes to their starting lineup. After Jack Pope opened the scoring early for the Australians, Bula FC briefly levelled through Ibraheem Afazal. But South Melbourne seized control before halftime with a Max Mikkola penalty and an Andrew Mesourouni volley. Jordon Lampard further extended the lead in the second half and while Bula FC fought back with a late goal from substitute Roy Krishna, South Melbourne maintained their dominance to head into the semi-finals with significant momentum.
